Shabby the room is just lovely! The mantel is so pretty with the decorations. Well done!

It looks great Shabby I did my decorating yesterday. I have been slowly downsizing my decorations, as they get old, and feel that I need some more. But with retirement in the future, I am trying to be good and not spend. I may go to some garage sales this weekend and see what I can find. I will take some pics tonight and post them tomorrow ;D

I'm looking forward to seeing what everyone else is doing to decorate for fall. I'm out of time right now to decorate, so what I've got done is probably all that is going to get done. That's the way it goes sometimes.

Thanks, everyone. I'm glad you like it. This weekend I need to start putting out the Halloween decorations. I probably won't do much this year, but I did buy a fun haunted house picture at Ben Franklin Crafts that I'm anxious to get up.

What a wonderful mantel! I agree with the others - your house looks lovely, and so welcoming.

Thanks, Chapter Two. I'm enjoying the mantel and thinking maybe I need to do a little something with the dining room table now. We'll see how much time I have.

We've been quiet this week. Is anyone going to post some pictures of their Halloween decorations? Mine are very subtle this year...just a few things added to my fall decorations to spook them up. I don't have time to go all out this year. I'll post some pictures this weekend.

I did not put up 1 fall decoration. We were lucky to get the dead plants pulled out of the pots. I have been terribly busy and seem to be gone every weekend. Heck, once again, I can't even see my dining room table top. To think that Christmas is around the corner. Yikes!

I decorated, but still having problems posting pictures I am going to try tonight from my phone. I have saved my pictures there, so maybe it will work. Cannot for the life of me get them to post here from my computer. Was working fine, than zip - nothing!

I posted early on, when we first started the forum here and had no problem with photos. Now it's always telling me something's wrong with my photos.

I don't have out many fall decorations, either. A wreath and a pumpkin is about it. I will try to post some pictures next week and see if it works. The last time I tried, I couldn't get it to post.
