Well it was hot hot hot in my neck of the woods this past weekend. Because of that, we mainly stayed in the house with the air on. I LOVE my new AC ;D A couple months ago hubs and I decided to bite the bullet and get new livingroom furniture. My couch and loveseat were craigslist finds, and were showing a lot of wear and tear. It killed me, but we decided to buy new this time. Jeromes was having a killer sale, so we got a new reclining couch and loveseat. They are gorgous, in a yummy creamy butterscotch leather. Only one problem. My livingroom is really not big enough for both the couch and loveseat. After living with it for a couple months, hubs finally agreed that we were just a tad cramped. Nothing like moving furniture on the hottest weekend ever Last week we took out the daybed from the guest room and put in two leather recliners. One we already had back there and one was in storage. Well now we decided to move the loveseat into the guest room, and move one of the recliners into the livingroom. It is a dark brown and looks really nice with the butterscotch couch. Well, the guest room was too crowded with the loveseat and recliner. So out goes the recliner. We put the recliner in hubs workshop/mancave outside, and moved the recliner that was in there into our motorhome. Good grief, are you lost yet When all was said and one, it looks wonderful and functions perfectly. The recliner that is now in the motorhome is just the right size and very very comfortable. It is the 9th chair I have tried in the motorhome. Most of them have been too big or just not comfortable. Chair #5 was an antigravity recliner. When I purchased it, I reclined it and it was wonderful. What the person who sold it to me did not tell me, was that sometimes the mechanism would slide forward and when you sat up, it catapulted you out of the chair. After picking myself up off the other side of the motorhome, I told hubs that we needed to hunt for chair #6. I finally think this chair will be the one. It is soft, comfortable, not too big, and a lovely shade of dusty blue, which matches my decor in the motorhome. Hubs told me that there will not be a chair #10, and there will not be any more furniture moving in the near future
Will try and take some pics tonight
