I have an amazing baby buggy that is over 90 years old. I repurposed it into an end table. Parked it next to the couch and put a tray over the inside buggy area. But it took up too much room and we were always bumping into it. With a tiny house, I literally could not find a good spot for it. So I took it off the base/wheels and it fit perfectly on top of my armoire in my entry/livingroom. Here it is with one of my folk art dolls hanging out in it Attachments:

That is a very cute way to display the buggy! I'm glad you found a spot for it. I live in a small house, too, and am constantly repurposing things so I won't have to get rid of them. I'm sure that eventually, that won't work anymore .

I hear ya Rosemary. I keep seeing things that I would love to have, but no room for them. I did do a purge a few years back and got rid of some stuff, but everything I have now I cannot bear to part with. I might have to add on to my tiny house ;D

Very cute, repurposing, we do that here too! I have had the same 2 door oak pie safe in the kitchen, dining room and bedroom. lol

I hear you on that one. I probably have some things I could part with, but a whole lot of others are going to be with me until I die. Adding on to the house sounds like a great idea.

Parting with stuff . . . An on-going argument at my house! When we downsized to our "retirement cottage" five years ago, we kept not one, but TWO storage buildings full of stuff under the delusion that the kids might want some of it. Yeah, right. But we still have it, and we're still paying rent on the storage buildings. We would have been so much better off if someone had stolen the moving truck!
Got to get serious about shedding some stuff . . . someday.
