On the way to my Cardiologist yesterday, I stopped by one of my favorite stores. The owner is from Mississippi and her niece sends her the most wonderful vintage clothes for her store. I picked up this darling handmade 50's party dress. I have it displayed on my vintage dress form. All ready for the dance ;D Attachments:

What a great find! Sounds like a nice place to shop. It looks beautiful the way you have it displayed.

It is the sweetest, prettiest dress. All hand made and done really really well. But tiny!!!! The person who wore it must not have been more than a size 2. It is too small for my dress form and does not close all the way on the side. They put the zipper on the side and when it is zipped up, you cannot see the zipper at all. They were a beautiful seamstress. One of my chiwi's sugar just loves this dress. She will sit and stare at it for hours. She is a poodle/chi mix, so because she is French, she knows fashion ;D

Yeah for some reason it will not enlarge when you click on it. Yes it is all lace and taffeta. I am going to try and post another pic and see if it will enlarge:) Attachments:
